What the service provides
Verifoto AI offers on-demand analysis of images to help restaurants detect fraud attempts. Each analysis uses machine-learning models to estimate the probability that an image is generated or manipulated.
Outputs are probabilistic scores and guidance meant to support your internal checks. They are not a definitive forensic certification and should be combined with human judgement and other evidence.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes connected to your restaurant or hospitality business.
Keep your login credentials secure and limit access to authorized staff. You remain responsible for actions performed through your Account.
- Do not upload images that violate the law, contain child exploitation, or infringe third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass the security of the Service.
- Report suspicious activity promptly so we can protect other customers.
Liability and warranties
We work hard to deliver accurate analyses but no AI system is perfect. The Service is provided "as is" without absolute guarantees of accuracy or availability.
Verifoto AI of Valerio Lorenti is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
Plans, payments, and renewals
Pricing for prepaid credits and subscription plans is published on our website and may change with prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for renewals unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We may suspend or downgrade your Account if invoices remain unpaid or if we detect fraudulent use.
Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel future renewals at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. Past analyses remain payable because the digital service is executed immediately.
Refunds for unused credits follow the dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy linked below, including EU exceptions for digital services started with your consent.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, source code, user interfaces, and analysis reports remain the exclusive property of Verifoto AI di Valerio Lorenti.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business needs. You may download reports for record keeping but cannot resell or sublicense the platform.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by European Union law and, subsidiarily, by the laws of the country where the data controller is legally established. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to any court. Unless otherwise required by law, jurisdiction shall be determined by the location of the controller’s establishment.
